Insurance Information: Covered by most insurance plans. Check your benefits for Registered Psychotherapist (RP) coverage. Supervising therapist's license information will be provided for the claim process. We offer receipts for reimbursements.

Counselling Services provided: Individual Counselling for Adults and Teens 16+

Her approaches: Integrating counselling approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Client-Centered and Humanistic foundation.

Caitlin deeply understands the importance of making individuals feel truly heard, valued, and seen. She works with her clients to help them develop coping skills and strategies to navigate their current situation. Her lived experience and professional journey has finely tuned these abilities, allowing her to wholeheartedly support and empower clients on their therapeutic path. Caitlin's approach is grounded in warmth, fostering trust and connection to create a safe and welcoming haven for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Caitlin is empathetic to the many ways that symptoms of depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and stress can impact daily life, relationships and well-being. She believes these struggles are natural and often unavoidable. Efforts to evade or control these symptoms can be exhausting and may unintentionally worsen or prolong them.
