His approaches: Craig's approach is strength based, compassionate, collaborative and empathetic. He uses integrated strategies of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. His work is also grounded in a humanistic approach and he strives to connect with his clients on a human level first and foremost.

Craig is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Masters in Social Work. His past work experience has focused on anxiety, ADHD management, depression, relationship issues, anger management, dementia family support and acquired brain injuries including concussion management, stress, grief & loss.
Craig enjoys working in partnership with clients helping them develop the tools and skills necessary to develop a greater sense of self and navigate personal and professional relationships. He believes that each person is unique and deserves support, understanding, empathy and a greater sense of peace in their everyday life.
