His approaches: Craig's approach is strength based, compassionate, collaborative and empathetic. He uses integrated strategies of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. His work is also grounded in a humanistic approach and he strives to connect with his clients on a human level first and foremost.

Meet Craig:

His clients describe him as empathetic, compassionate and approachable. He acknowledges that reaching out for help can be difficult and aims to make the therapy journey meaningful, safe, and comfortable. His approach to therapy is strength based, focusing on developing skills and tools to help clients learn to manage their day to day struggles and to create a sense of hope moving through their therapy journey. He feels that the relationship with the therapist is fundamental and the partnership that is developed is essential in positive outcomes.

Craig is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Masters in Social Work. His past work experience has focused on anxiety, ADHD management, depression, relationship issues, anger management, dementia family support and acquired brain injuries including concussion management, stress, grief & loss.

Craig enjoys working in partnership with clients helping them develop the tools and skills necessary to develop a greater sense of self and navigate personal and professional relationships. He believes that each person is unique and deserves support, understanding, empathy and a greater sense of peace in their everyday life.
