His approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment and Trauma Lens, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy.

Individual Session Fee (50 minutes): $150

Couples/ Family Session Fee (50 minutes): $170

Meet Hari:

His clients tend to describe their counselling experience with him as insightful and healing. He is passionate about working collaboratively with his clients to help them discover their own path to self-transformation. He supports clients to manage their anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, grief/loss, trauma, gaming issues and offers parenting consultation.

His educational background in Masters in Counselling Psychology and Post-Grad in Child and Youth Care has equipped him to work effectively with each individual’s developmental stage. He uses an integrative counselling approach and believes that therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs. The approaches he uses include Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Emotion‑Focused Therapy, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Attachment & Trauma Theory, and Narrative Therapy. He has extensive experience in assessing and creating plans to manage crisis and suicide risk.

His profession registration is with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario as Registered Psychotherapist. He remains committed to ongoing professional development to continue supporting his clients effectively.
