Her approaches: Jelum's approach is culturally-sensitive, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and client centered. She utilizes an integrated strategy of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Approaches.
Individual Session Fee (50 minutes): $140 + HST (From Jan 2024, the fee will be $150 + HST)
Couples Session Fee (50 minutes): $160 + HST (From Jan 2024, the fee will be $170 + HST)

She practices from a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. She truly believes in the mind-body-spirit connection, and approaches mental health with the understanding that while chronic stress and trauma impact us deeply, our mind and bodies also have the innate capacity and resiliency to heal when given the right support.
Jelum Raval has her training from KW Counselling to provide quality supervision and she meets the CRPO requirements to offer clinical supervision. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and completed her psychotherapy training with a Masters in Counselling Psychology.
