Insurance Information: Covered by most insurance plans. Check your benefits for Registered Psychotherapist (RP) coverage. Supervising therapist's license information will be provided for the claim process. We offer receipts for reimbursements.

Her approaches: Kelly approaches clients from an anti-oppressive, client-centred perspective, using a variety of therapeutic approaches that are uniquely tailored to each client. Kelly blends therapeutic modalities to create an eclectic approach and pulls from a variety of theories and styles including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, existentialist perspective, person-centred therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and narrative practices.
Session Fee (50 minutes): $140 + HST (From Jan 2024, the fee will be $150 + HST)

Kelly is committed and passionate about joining clients in their journey of self-discovery, navigating challenges that life can present and supporting clients in finding the best version of themselves in every life stage. Recognizing the unique and varied life experiences that people have, Kelly is dedicated to working alongside individuals to build a strong therapeutic relationship which focuses on self-acceptance, self-discovery, and growth.
Kelly has been a Child and Youth Counsellor for over ten years advocating and supporting children and adolescents with social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral challenges and assisting families in navigating relational concerns. She has worked with adolescents who have struggled with anxiety, depression, those that have been recently diagnosed, and those struggling with school related stress, and/or relationship (friends, family, and partners) stress and challenges. Through her practicum experience Kelly worked with adults in various life stages, creating an atmosphere in which all individuals were supported in their process of self-acceptance, while simultaneously striving for changes that were supportive to their overall mental health and well-being.
Kelly creates a warm, safe, welcoming atmosphere where individuals can share their stories, recognize their strengths, and can be supported in creating full and authentic lives. Her kind and caring demeanor allows for genuine connections so that change can start to take place.
