Manija provides a safe space for personal exploration, growth, and healing to occur. She is registered as a Social Worker/Psychotherapist and completed her graduate program in Wilfrid Laurier University. She believes that her role as a therapist is to guide, empower, and encourage her clients in their growth process as they move towards creating the fulfilling life they have always wanted.
Manija has always been passionate about using the therapeutic healing processes to create meaningful change for her clients. She has worked with Lang’s Community Health Centre and Stratford General Hospital. She is an active member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Canadian Association of Social Work (CASW).
She is experienced in providing individual therapy for teens and adults. She has supported clients to manage anxiety, depression, addiction, anger management, trauma, eating disorders and relationship issues.
