Megan is passionate about walking alongside you in your search for meaning and change. She looks forward to hearing your story, compassionately supporting you to understand the patterns that have you feeling stuck, and to navigating changes towards a life that feels fulfilling.

Megan provides a warm, safe, and comfortable environment for connection, self-exploration, and sharing of your authentic self. She strives to meet you where you're at, fostering a therapeutic relationship of collaboration and acceptance. Her approach is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client‑centred.

Megan has completed her Master of Social Work degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Guelph. She has experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Stress Management, Life Transitions, and Attachment.

Acknowledging that each individual has unique strengths and needs they bring to therapy, Megan utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing on various modalities such as: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).

Sessions can range from short- term to longer-term depending on presenting issues. Based on the client’s needs, Megan will draw from evidence‑based approaches to facilitate your process of change.
