Meet Natasha:

As a dedicated social worker with a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve personal growth, I integrate various therapeutic approaches into my practice. I draw from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices.

My approach is centered around empowering clients to discover their strengths and develop effective strategies to address their concerns. Through solution-focused therapy, I collaboratively work with clients to set clear goals and identify practical steps towards achieving them. CBT techniques help clients recognize and change negative thought patterns and behaviours, promoting healthier coping mechanisms and improved emotional well-being. Additionally, mindfulness practices are integrated to enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and foster a sense of inner peace.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. My goal is to provide compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions that promote resilience and facilitate positive change.
