Rochelle understands the importance of being able to show up, fully and completely as yourself in this space, so that you can feel accepted and supported in the growth and expansion of your true, authentic self. She is passionate about moving with you towards a more connected, aligned and fulfilling life.
Rochelle truly values the power of relationships and often invites exploration around the ways in which relationships shape who we are and how we show up in the world. Both her Master of Social Work degree and Bachelor of Arts, Psychology degree were completed at Wilfrid Laurier University. She has experience supporting individuals and couples in relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, disconnection, existential concerns and attachment issues.
