Session Fee (50 minutes): $140 + hst

Sandra's Profile:

Sandra endeavors to create a safe, accepting space for people to discover their authentic self and flourish in their lives. She honors clients’ life experiences and believes that the client is the expert in their own life. Sandra collaborates with clients on their journey towards wholeness and healing. She offers encouragement and hope while clients process trauma, discover resilience and work towards post-traumatic growth.

Sandra draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, and 2SLGBTQ+ Affirming therapy. She employs an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens and strengths-based approach with an attachment framework.

Sandra graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, and from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has extensive training in gender diversity through Rainbow Health Ontario and the Canadian Association of Transgender Professionals (CPATH). She is a passionate ally for the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Sandra works with individuals who are experiencing gender exploration and transition, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, work-related stress, and life transitions. She supports clients as they explore the existential and issues of their lives.
