Sara is a qualifying registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is also registered with the Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association. She completed a Master of Counselling Psychology at University of Western Ontario. She offers therapy sessions to individuals of all ages. Her services are covered by most insurance plans.

She primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, emotion-focused approaches, person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative practices.

Sara has worked with many clients who present with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sex and relationship issues, and self-esteem and body image concerns.

Sara strives to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where her clients can openly talk about their concerns. Sara is a compassionate and understanding therapist, who understands the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. She works with her clients to identify their strengths, minimize self-blame, and develop effective coping skills.
