Her approaches: She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring her methods to suit the needs of each individual client. She practices from a trauma-informed approach and incorporates anti-oppressive principles. Some of the therapeutic modalities that she uses are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), emotion-focused approaches, person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative practices.
Session Fee (50 minutes): $120 + hst (NOTE: Starting Jan 2023, the fee will be $140 + HST)

Sara is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is also registered with the Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association. She completed a Master of Counselling Psychology at University of Western Ontario. She offers therapy sessions to individuals of all ages. Her services are covered by most insurance plans.

She works with her clients to identify their strengths, minimize self-blame, and develop effective coping skills.
