She has experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds in the following areas: Anxiety, ADHD Management, Depression, Stress Management, Trauma, Life Transitions, and Attachment.

Acknowledging that each individual has unique strengths and needs they bring to therapy, she utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing on various modalities such as: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Sessions can range from short- term to longer-term depending on presenting issues. Based on the client’s needs, Shevaun will draw from evidence‑based approaches to facilitate your process of change.
