You don’t need to sacrifice your relationships just because your anger gets in the way. Go ahead and live a normal life by channeling your energy into more productive and engaging activities.

You may never be able to get rid of anger because it is a reality of life, but you can always be wiser in controlling your temper and not letting it destroy your relationships.
