Courtney offers her clients a safe space to speak openly about your worries. Courtney believes in offering compassion and inviting connection and collaboration with her clients. She creates a space where you can be yourself while working to find and create solutions toward greater personal growth and healing.

Courtney is passionate about working with adult populations and has worked with many diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI), and victims of gendered violence, such as sex trade workers. She strives to take a genuine, open-minded approach and understands the importance of building a strong relationship with her clients from which real change can grow from.

Courtney received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) double degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in Psychology, and Women and Gender Studies (WGS). She went on to obtain her Ontario College Graduate Certificate (OCGC) from Mohawk College, specializing in Brain Disorders Management, and she is finalizing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Insurance Information: Covered by most insurance plans, if you have coverage for Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Supervising therapist's license information will be provided for the claim process. We offer receipts for reimbursements.

Counselling Services provided: Individual Therapy for Adults and Teens 18+ and Couples Therapy

Her approaches: Courtney likes to offer each person the approaches that best fit their needs. She largely centers her practice around a humanistic, holistic approach that integrates several modalities of psychotherapeutic practice. Courtney incorporates modalities such as attachment therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and person-centred therapy. Furthermore, she integrates holistic principles of mindfulness to effectively assist you outside of the therapy room.

Individual Session Fee (50 minutes): $150

Couples Session Fee (50 minutes): $170
