Individual Counselling $150/50 min sessionCouples/ Family Counselling $170/50 min sessionIntern therapists charge $85 per 50-minute session.
We currently do not offer sliding scale fees. However, with our Supervised Intern Program, we offer reduced rates for counselling.
We accept payment by credit or debit card. Please note that we don’t usually accept e-transfers. Payment is made at the end of each session.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancelling/rescheduling appointments. Cancellations within this 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the session fee. In case of emergencies or illness, the fee will be waived.
Many insurance plans provide coverage for counseling services. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your benefits and coverage details. We can provide you with an invoice to submit for reimbursement if needed.
At this time, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Clients are responsible for paying the session fee upfront and seeking reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Yes, we provide receipts for all sessions that you can use for tax purposes or insurance reimbursement.
