There are times in life when the ways we have learned to cope no longer seem to fit.

We may find ourselves disconnected from our bodies, questioning an old story about who we are, grieving someone or something we have lost, or wondering what comes next. These moments can be uncomfortable, but they can also create an invitation to pay attention to ourselves, to what matters and to the life we want to create.

I believe therapy can offer a place to do that with honestly, at a pace that feels right, and without having to have everything figured out.

I am particularly drawn to working with people who are curious about themselves and ready to explore what might be possible, especially during periods of change, uncertainty, grief or feeling stuck in a life that doesn't feel authentic.

Are you overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself? Navigating a significant life transition? Questioning your sense of purpose or identity? Experiencing grief? Or thinking more deeply about mortality and what makes life meaningful? Perhaps you sense that something needs to change and are curious about what it might take to create a life that feels more like your own.

My path to counseling has been shaped by a longstanding interest in the connection between our inner and outer worlds. My background in yoga, meditation, bodywork and writing has taught me to pay attention not only to what we think and say, but also to what we experience in our bodies, the stories we carry and the things that give our lives meaning.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need from therapy. You don't need the right words or a neatly defined problem.

Perhaps you simply know that something feels different, difficult or unsettled and you're curious about what could come next.

We can start there.
