Intern Therapist in Guelph

Offers In-Person & Online Therapy

My goal as a therapist is to work alongside you in a way that feels truly collaborative, respectful, and supportive. I believe therapy isn’t something "done" to you; it is a partnership we build together at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where your experiences are heard, valued, and taken seriously.

I am deeply committed to the mental health field and understand that reaching out for support can be a difficult first step. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, our work together focuses on making sense of your current experience while building the practical tools to move forward.

A core part of my approach involves helping you recognize your existing strengths, even when they feel out of reach. Together, we focus on developing resilience and coping skills to help you navigate life’s challenges with more confidence. We also take the time to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns so that the change you experience feels meaningful and lasting, rather than forced.

My practice is grounded in humanistic approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, where your voice and lived experience guide our direction. I also integrate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy. This integrative approach allows me to adapt my methods to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

Above all, I am here to support you in a way that encourages self-acceptance and steady, positive growth. If you're ready to start, I invite you to reach out and begin this process together.
